Spending more than 25 years in the corporate world of sales and marketing taught me what people want in product and presentation. At A Basket Case, we continue to grow by word of mouth by following our two simple goals.

We want our gifts to make the gift-giver say, ‘Is that all it costs’ and the recipient to say, ‘It’s too pretty to open’. It’s as simple as that. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

What makes us different? Most gift basket companies have standard baskets that you can order for a set price. We saw a great need for people to be able to design their gift to make it that much more special. So we don’t have any ‘standard’ baskets and ‘set’ prices. The way it works is, you tell us what the occasion is, how much you want to spend, and a little about the person(s) receiving it. We create the gift and the smile! If we don’t have it, we’ll get it. If you have a tight budget, we’ll work with you. Oh…and we don’t EVER use pull-bows (my pet peeve!). All of our bows are hand tied and wired so that they look fresh and professional at all times.
